Order confirmation

Hi,

I have got a case where in for orders placed through internet no order confirmation is recied through email.Can anyone tell me where can i search to find the reason.

Depending on how these confirmation emails are triggered, there could be very different places to look. If this is output from the order document, then start from there. Otherwise find more details on where the emails are coming from.

Hi,

Order recieved thru email, i asume order would be then created in SAP.

Check the SAP order confirmation and check process for triggered output .
