"Transfer" Button disabled in "Supplier Pre-selection"

Hi Experts,

After the supplier responded the questionnaires, SUS administrator has approved the supplier in the "Supplier Pre-selection" page. But the "Transfer" button is still disabled not allowing SUS administrator to transfer the supplier to back end system.

We are in SRM 701 and using ROS with the SUS Client. Please post your ideas.

Can you please confirm if you have maintained the Web service for SBM_PRESCREENING? Also please see if you have maintained entries for table BBP_MARKETP_INFO in SRM.

Hi Nikhil,

Sorry for the delay in response. There is no service "SBP_PRESCREENING" but I found a service "ROS_PRESCREEN" in SUS which was already active.

The Table "BBP_MARKETP_INFO" is also maintained already and the root vendor organizational structure information. The problem still exist.

SBM_PRESCREENING is a webservice to be defined in SRM. Navigate to SPROSRMDefine external webservices and check.
