Problem with creating mutiple IT1000 records

Hi,

I' am trying to create multiple IT1001 subtype PAA records through an adobe form. I' am using

PD objects and standard save provided by SAP for the purpose. In the relations, I have given

all the three PAA objects required. In the fields I have given the required fields with field index

from 1 to 3. In the infotype and operations, I have given infotype as 1001 and subtype as PAA

in the Create mode of operation. But only one relation i.e. only the first one is getting created.

Is there any issue with the config or do I need to do anything additional?

I was able to do the above requirement the 2 more additional positions as PD objects. Then creating

reverse assistant relation to organizational unit. Works fine.
