Dear Experts

We are getting below error in DB verified in CRM production system. Please help me to solve the issue.

Hello,

The key error is

DBV-00100: Specified FILE (<name>) not accessible

At first sight I think that the BRBACKUP is running under the "kpcadm" user and that the Set user ID flag has not been set to always make it run as orakpc. Can you do the following:

su - kpcadm
cdexe
ls -l br*

The owner of brbackup (and also brarchive and brconnect) must be "orakpc", not "kpcadm". Also the security mask (leftmost group of letters) must begin with "rws...", not "rwx...". If this is not the case then do the following:

(still as kpcadm)
su - root
/sapmnt/KPC/exe/saproot.sh KPC
exit

Check again: the ownership and security should now be correct.

Could you update brtools to 7.20 version and check again.
