GENERALIZE tasks - error

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 7.1 and configured the PCW.The workflows run fine in our DEV system but we are facing an issue in our Q system.

I know the reason is because we didnt generalise the tasks under the TG 4000003 and 4000007.However now when I goto SPRO-->GENERLIZE TASKS,,when I sleect teh TG 4000003 and click on F8,I see the below error:

Structure 01 TG 40000003 TASKHIER: No agent found

Same happens fr TG 400007.

Has someone come across similar issue?Also can someone confirmif the GENERALIZE tasks is a client scpefici activity which is to be done seperately in every client i.e. Quality and Production too?

Hi,

Yes you need to do this in every client.

Please check your workflow customisation under Tcode SWU3.

Have you done the techinical settings for workflow??

Also these tasks are client independent.
