Set Automatic email in SAP

Good day friends,

I hope this is the right place to post this question, if not please do not kill me

I have some jobs scheduled with Control M agent ( automatic jobs ) ... that are failing from time to time, and they are monitored somehow, and generate a Tivoli alert to create a ticket for this.

The point is that, I would like these jobs not to be monitored, or in the other case to send some automatic mail to customer directlly from SAP.

Is it possible to do such thing on SAP ?

Can you please advise the best option ?

Hi,

Try investigating on BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) functionality in PI. You can define some events in it and trigger a notification when necessary.

Hi Greg,

I could set the automatic mail in the soluti_manager tx + Automatic email transmission in the settings tab.
