Rescheduling of orders

Dear gurus,

we are implementing ATP checks and auto rescheduling of orders.

if a production order for a material is delayed, .....do you know how this impacts the sales order that were already commited against this production order availabilty?

We are working in a make-to-stock scenario.

Hi,

The sales order will be rescheduled and new schedule line will be generated with new possible delivery date. So as a result the customer will not be able to be delivered on time (on requested delivery date).
