Tolerance Error - VL063

Hi peeps,

Im Just wondering why my sales order are posting the Error for over tolerance, I define my sales order config to over tolerance = 5 and under = 5 also..

hope someone can explain to me what ive miss out on process..

See, the catch here is only one environment posing the error, in other environment it works fine. th real scenario is when i try to actualize my data, i encountered VL063 error.. can you give me some sites wherein i should do in order to fulfill the complete tolerance process,..

Okay.

Now there can be few possibility for this error, like:

- if you are having batch split items in delivery

- If there is delivery split

- Check config of Delivery Item Cat (0VLP), there you can have look on Check "overdelivery", which record the system reaction for overdelivery.

Further, you can have look on customer material info record, what is maintain for delivery tolerence?

In Sales Order, Shipping Delivery Tolerance Section.

It ought be either of the following need to be maintain

Overdeliv. Tolerance or Underdel. Tolerance or Unlimited Tolerance

not all.

So, the mistake what you have done is

over tolerance = 5 and also under = 5

Where it should be either, not both.
