resource related billing

Dear Expert,/

i have to configure Resource Related Billing in my company can u plz guide how to go about it?

Scenario is -

We have multiple projects from usa ,we bill our client for our employees on hourly basis based on Time Sheet (CATS)

one employee is working on multiple project also and employee can be removed from one project and assigned to other project too.the billing rate for employees are different .

please suggest how to start this what should be the flow for this 1. i have to take time (hrs worked on) from HR CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet) how can i link this,2. then i ll have to configure RRB how to go about it ,it will be order related billing but how i ll calculate rate and bring it in sales order through pricing,3. then i have to generate output for each project ,4.then it will again be linked to payroll

kindly help me as i am new in SAP SD plz read properly and reply.
