no systems in VC

Hi all,

I have created JDBC connect in the portal, but he is not visible in VC. I have tested the connection on different wases, all found in sap notes. The connection is correct but I don't see the alias in VC

Can someone give me a solution?

Please check the permissions of security zone

System Administration -> Permissions ->

sap.com/NetWeaver.Portal/medium_safety/com.sap.visualcomposer.portalconnector/components/Dispatcher

The VC role should have end user permission there. This is required for SPS9 and above.

Hi Richard,

Make sure that you are using "FLEX" as deploy method.

Using WebDynpro you can only use Web Services as Backend.

Hi Richard,

It is necessary to set permissions for the end user. Then only it ll be available in VC. Open the system -> permission -> add the VC user and give full control permission. Make sure you check the end user checkbox.
