The below link is on how to add dynamic work process.

I need following parameter to set :

rdisp/dynamic_wp_check* it is a dynamicswitchable parameter but the change button in rz11 is not showing.

Is there any other way to do it?

Please suggest.

hello Ashutosh,

Do you see option "Dynamic switchable" selected with tick mark in RZ11?

As far as I know, it's dynamic switchable.

Thanks,

Siva Kumar

Hi Ashutosh,

What version system you are trying in ? I am able to set the Parameter in PI 7.11 which is TRUE by default but unable to do it in ECC EHP4 SP9. I guess, you can try with higher version KERNEL 7.20

Refer to the Note 1636252 - Installing a 7.20 kernel in SAP Web AS 7.00/7.01/7.10/7.11 (which has supporting Information for rdisp/dynaminc-wp_check)

The 7.20 kernel supports the dynamic increase of the number of work processes at runtime. However, this function is not fully compatible with lower ABAP versions. To prevent errors from occurring, deactivate it by setting the following parameters:

rdisp/wp_no_restricted = 0

rdisp/configurable_wp_no = 0

rdisp/dynamic_wp_check = FALSE

Refer to below link for more information on Dynamic Work process

Hi,

You need a system using kernel 7.30 to use this functionality.

The system parameters are existing in kernel 7.20 but they are not functionning properly.
