Would this question not be better suited to a CRM forum, since your question relates to how to do something on the CRM User Interface? Solution Manager has CRM components, but does not use the CRM UI. This forum i for SAP Solution Manager related questions.

From Solution Manager version 7.1 all new service document (SMIN, SMPR, SMCR,SMHF and so on) proccessed by means new CRM UI interface
