Result Recording - how to delete MIC

Hi,

Client requirement is to have unplanned MIC at the time of Result Recording so that he can add and delete MICs as per his requirement.

For MIC addition plus sign is appearing these but minus sign is not showing for deletion.

Kindly suugest how do I delete preselected MIC now ?

this is for Physical Sample result recording using tcode - QE51N

Hi

It may not be possible to delete the MIC from the lot. Only thing you can maintain the char as 'Optional Char' in control indicator.

Mona,

We can delete unplanned MIC from inspection plan, but once inspection plan is assigned to lot then you can't delete unplanned MIC from insp lot or from result recording screen.

If you don't want to track MIC as unplanned then you can mark those MIC as optional in SAP screen @ QS22 through radio button. This way system won't force u to record result against those MICs.

Hi,

I do not think there is possibility of removing the MIC once it is assigned.

Only thing You can set the Attribute as Invalid on the result Recording screen
