Display documents in IW52

Hi,

In IW52.

1. when users click on the attached document ( word document ). It is displaying well inside the SAPGUI window. This is good

2. For some users, they it is not displaying inside the SAPGUI window. They have to double click and it opens in a new window. This is no good

. We have checked the SAP GUI settings all looks similar.

Any idea why?

Hi,

Can you check the GUI patch level for affected users. Ensure it is same as other users.
