SWWL delete error workflow take too long time

Former Member

I try to use SWWL to delete erro workflow. But I always get timeout error when I run this in frontend even I only delete 1 item. I don't know why?

I choose 'Delete immediately' and 'Delete log data as well'. The number of work items per LUW is 2.

The table SWWLOGHIST have about 24 million entries.

Hi Amy,

To make it simple, once you delete all the Errored workflow, run the scenario. To delete the workflow, go to Transaction SWWL and delete the errored workflow.

Also verify the XI Runtime cache for the BPM in the transaction code SXI_CACHE.

Regards.

Hi,Praveen

I only select errored workflow. I try to delete about 82 errored workflow through SWWL in background. This process run for whole night still not finished. I have to cancel it.

What should I check in SXI_CACHE?

Hi,

Try to delete all the ERROR Workflows that you find in SWWL (leave the agent field empty, so that it finds BPMs started by all users, and Status field filled with ERROR) and try again.

Regards.
