Getting error on ROS screen when click on submit button

Hi Folks,

The issue is related to ROS process. issue is like when vendor doing the self registration & after filling the mandatory information when he is trying to click the submit button, it gives some error message are give below-

Internal Error; Error XS

Registration currently not possible

so, pls have a look.

Hi,

This usually occurs when the email address is not valid (Ex: the field '@' is missing in the email id). Can you confirm if this is the case for you too?
