Hi Experts,
Need to do SMS configuration using SMTP. I assume for the configuration I will need domain of service provider and that service provider should allow the incoming messages from my clients domain to route to different mobile numbers.
Please advice if I am missing anything.
Best Regards,
Ravi

Hello Ravi,
there are several vendors available with SMS Webservices. Please get in touch with your mobile vendor for a good contract. With this service you can send SMS to as many clients as you like with a few lines of code.
Check this guide as well : http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/3050eada-5fcf-2b10-2b8a-b9f903661...

Hello Ravi,
Any service provide you can go with.
Make sure that they recognize your mail service server and route messages to your mail server.
If its an external service provider then you may have to set rules on your firewall to allow them to send messages.
For example if you have your SAP application sap1.xx.com host you need to ensure your firewall routes the message from service provider to this server and on service provider side they need to have our firewall external IP too with right FQDN.

Vivek
