Create inspection lot for movement type 415 Q

Hello expertes,

we need to create an inspection lot for movements with mvmnt type 415 Q.

In Standard this is not possible.

What we did:

We use userexit EXIT_SAPLQAAT_002 to provide the needed data to trigger the creation of an inspection lot.

Those data are:

TQ32-herkunft = inspection lot origin: 08

TQ32-variante = variant: 02

TQ32-art = inpection type: ZF08

Those data should be ok.

Furthermore the flag e_no_inspection is initialized.

Material master is ok.

The material ist posted in Q-stock but no inspection lot is created.

Does anyone know if this is possible at all using this userexit?

If not: Is there another way to make it feasible?

In OMJJ config create a mvt type which can be copy of 415 then maintain inspection lot origin ( may be 08) for this mvt type.

Dear Heinz,

Have you set Variant 02 as default in an userexit??? it is necessary if you are using customized inspection type like ZF08.

Now talking about another solution;

I have not worked on 415Q but I just checked OMJJ for 415Q, QM is active there.

If you activate 08 inspection type in QM material master, you will get inspection lot.

Yes the variant is set to 02.

It does not work.

I think it is impossible to use this userexit for movement types that initially are not assigned to an inspection lot origin.

If nowone else has an idea I have to create a new movement type.

You can copy movement types but to the best of my knowledge it is no longer possible, (since 4.0 I think), to change/delete/add an inspection origin to a custom or exisitng movement type.
