How can i Cancel GR as i have already Done UD and Posted the Stock in Use

Hi Gurus,

How can i Cancel GR as i have already Done UD and Posted the Stock from Quality to Unrestricted use. when i try to Cancel the GR , it gives a error message " you can not cancel GR as inspection lot is already partially posted".

Hi Shiv,

Follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Go to MBoA

Give Movement type 102, give plant, S.loc, Material & vendor.& press enter

u will get all the PO's that got generated against the combination.

2. Select the correct PO number & click Adopt selected.

Now select the item and click Adopt+ Details button

Check the document number is copied correctly or not.

Give the quantity, Remove X from Stock Type, give Del note Qty same a Unit of entry and press enter.

Document will be posted. and the quantity will be posted back in to the PO quantity.

If you want to cancel GR or reverse UD then you should go with SAP note & exit suggested by Amol.

If you just want to reverse GR without cancelling insp lot and stock still exist in unrestricted area then go ahead for cancel GR and in where tab instead of "quality" select "unrestricted type" from drop down menu.

Dear Shiva,

System does not allow reversal of GR unless stock is in QI.

As you have already posted stock to Unrestricted, Use SAP Note 175842 to reverse Stock posting.

Explore user exit QEVA0008 for reversing the UD.
