Steps for release in NWDS

Hi,

How to release the developed activities in NWDS

I would appreciate the steps.

Dear Daniel,

You need to login to NWDI in NWDS in which you have create the activity and activated it.

Open the Development Configurations perspective. the switch to transport view (Transport View under Window ® Show ® View ® Otheru2026 ® CMS ® Transport View if by default not there.)

then expand to the you track details and select the activity you want to release and release the activity with identifiable name.

then your release activity will appear in the CMS under consolidation tab.

the guide what I sent might be an older one, but the procedure did not really change since that.

(if you need newer, look on help.sap.com for the string "release nwdi activity").

before release, you have to activate it first.

open transport view in your nwds--->select the activity to release.

if you want to release other's activity, click the triangle-->user filter
