solman_workcenter in Solution Manager

Hello Everyone,

We have configured solman_workcenter in Solution Manager 4.0 and run all the managed system setup for satellite systems. When we select the system for Monitoring data, we don't see any data for our systems and our Agent's are running fine and connected to Solution Manger.

Please share your expertise on how to fix .

Yoga,

1). Did you check your EFWK extractors are running OK?

2). goto t-code LISTCUBE and enter 0SMD_PE2H and 0SMD_PE2D returning any values

If no values are returned, then its issue with EFWK extractors, make sure all are green and running OK.

Thanks for the Reply, I have already mentioned that Agents are running fine and connected to Solution Manager.

You are rite, EFWK extractors are not running and have activated again and I don't see the data in LISTCUBE in 0SMD_PE2H and other cube.

Will it take time to show the data in Workload Analysis ?

EFWk extractors fixed the issue.
