Purchase order history not displayed in correct sequence

Hi all,

We are on SRM 7.1 ECS.

The issue we are facing is that the follow on documents for the PO i.e.

confirmatin and Invoice are not displayed in the correct sequence i.e. the sequence in which the documents are displayed is :

Invoice>confirmation>shopping cart-->PO

Any idea if this is a std feature or a bug?

Pl check the note " 1524928". This may be of help.

Velu,

Does the note mentioned has the solution for the issue as the note cannot be accessd and only availabel internally.Did you also face the same issue and the sequence of the documents was as per SRM 5 then?

Ganesh,

The sequence which is showing up in our system is differenet then what you mentioned(std SAP design) so I guess this is dfinately a bug for our version.

Pl find the content of the notes.

Note 1524928 - History: Order of related document is not consistent.

Symptom

In some cases, when you go to the shopping cart item history, the system displays follow-on documents in a wrong order.

History.

Reason and Prerequisites

Program Error.

Solution

Implement the attached correction instructions or apply the relevant Support Package.

If the note is not released , pl raise a OSS to get this note released.

Hi,

The order will be

1.PO

2. Confirmation

3.Invoice

4.shopping cart

in SRM 7.0 in the Tracking. This is as per SAP design.

why do you need in order.

If the client is asking tell them it is SAP design
