Price is set to 0 when I set the Unit

Hi experts,

In shopping cart (at item level), if I enter some Price and then I enter the Unit, the just entered Price is cleared...

Does it mean that I should always enter Unit before Price? Or probably this is not the standard behaviour and I should check some OSS...

Did you check in the tcode COMMPR01 and check if the product have this unit registered?

I have encountered price value clearance after change of UOM.

To tackle it we maintin info records.

I am sure maintaing info records will solve your issue.

Hi,

We are working with PPS in a public sector environment. We have decided to use a dummy product category, so no product configurations are handled via COMMPR01 or inforecords.

Currently the issue is hidden as we are setting units and quantities to a fixed value in badi change.

Anyway I would like to know whether some oss exists (I cannot find any related one in marketplace :S)
