How to hide "Create project on saving" Item Portfolio (PPM 5.0)

Dear Guru's;

I need to hide the checkbox "Create project on saving" and the field "Project Template".

I can't do it in the selection fields, doesn't appears in customizing.

How can it solve this issue?

Hi Mariano

Portfolio independent Settings > Define Port. Item types>For your Item type FLAG "NoAutoPro"

Hi Mariano,

If you want to hide the fields comlpetely from the screen, then you can achieve it by changing the webdynpro component /RPM/ITEM_DETAILS.

Please check with technical team for help.

Other option can be as suggeted by Melvi - do not configure the project templates and have NoAutoPro as chacked . Then project template field will be empty and Auto Project will not be checked.

Im trying to solve this issue with Note 1528304 "Project Management Template field cannot be hidden" if I don't have a sucessfully result I will change dynpro.

Implementing the Note 1528304 - Project Management Template field cannot be hidden, I have been solved this issue.

Also put this configuration:

Transaction SPRO, navigate to the IMG activity :

SAP Portfolio and Project Management

Portfolio Management

Global Customizing

Global Settings

Override Default Global Settings

Area - 0006

Text - User Interface Settings

Name - 0004

Settings Value - '' (blank)
