Smartform Font Issue After Converting into PDF format

Hi Guyu2019s,

I have Font Issue in smartform.

I am using the Helvetica and Courier fonts and I m converting smartform into PDF format.

After Conversion in PDF different font is coming.

Please help me to resolve this..

Note: we donu2019t have adobe services in our systemu2026

Hi friend,

PDF is the format which is accepted universal. It will support for all types of fonts.

So as other also suggested just check the print preview. if its coming fine then check printer settings.

If the print preview is not coming correctly check whether your system supports those fonts IE whether system is installed in your system.

If you still face issues please ask your basic team for setting the fonts.

As Nabheet suggested first check you print/ print preview. If your PDF print and Smartform print both are different then there seems some printer issue.

In this case check with your basis guy.
