Problem with Profiles in AC RAR 5.3

Hi friends,

I'm trying to perform a syncro from the profiles in an HR ERP system with RAR 5.3 (SP 11.2).

I only get a part of the profiles. The other roles are read by the system, but somehow, they are ignored. Log:

Hola Mauro!

If you check: Note 1168120 - Risk Analysis and Remediation 5.3 Support Package (VIRCC) you'll be able to see some errors that are corrected in newer SPs, for example:

"When running Profile Sync, it runs successfully but no profiles are actually loaded. The log shows the job was successful, but the RAR tables are not updated." This error is corrected in SP13.

You can check database table VIRSA_CC_GENOBJ in order to know if the profiles get loaded or not.

Also you can check if you have the correct versions of VIRSANH and VIRSANH (Note 1352498), the user credentials used in the Jco and the install guide (5.1 SAP GRC Risk Analysis and Remediation Configuration).
