Availability check- Replenishment lead time

HI Gru`s

in the part of availability check configuration i was maintain the replenishment led time 2 days( G.R processing time time 1 day+ planed delivery time 1 day) in MRP 2 View of material master. so now the issue is in the sales order system propose 3 days as replenishment lead time . so i am wondering from where the system calculates 1 day extra ..?????

What is the value in the "End Lead time" field in CO09? Is this corresponding to the 2 days lead time, or is it corresponding to the 3 days lead time?

If it is showing a date that corresponds to 3 days lead time, then it is likely the issue lies with the value stored in Tot. repl. lead time field in MRP 3 tab of MM (This field overwrites the other RLT settings in the MM)

You also need to check the following areas:-

=> Det.pick/pack time in OVLZ

=> GR processing time in Purchasing view of material master

=> Minimum lot size in MRP1 view of material master

=> GR processing time in MRP2 view of material master

Check Tot. repl. lead time ( Total replenishment lead time (in workdays) ) in MRP3 Tab for the material master.

Check the route determined in the sales order and further check in t.code 0VTC, there may be time added in route definition.

Hi,

Check your sales document type, "Lead time in days".

If its blank, put 0 to get your desired requirement.

If this field is maintained blank then, by default system will take 1 day as proposed delivery date.

Thats why in your case system is taking 3 days (2 days of replenishment lead time + 1 day of delivery lead time.)

system propose the delivery date today only,,, but system proposed 3 days as replenishment lead time....
