Greetings Pawan,
THis field is by default populated and visible; You can set it to changeable, if it isn't already, under field selection.
SPRO > Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and Service Processing > Maintenance and Service Notifications > Notification Creation > Notification Types > Set Field Selection for Notifications Field Selection for Maintenance Notifications
By default this field is populated with current system time.
To populate it with another value, you'd need a development, have a look at the user exits QQMA0025 or QQMA0014

Hi Pawan,
In notification you have a date called the Notification date, that by-default is the System date.
but you have another date called the Required Start date which you can put when you are planning to start the Job.
and one more Important date and time is the Notification Release date and time, that can be the real time when your actual job is Executed.
anyway you can change the Notification date to the past date or the future date and also the Required start date.
Hope it helps you.
