Replenishment Orders are not getting Published-(Customer Collaboration)

Hi All,

After TLB Planning service RO are generated for a customer. I could not Publish the Replenishment order in Web Portal.

Im getting the following errors:

1.PSM terminated after error in service STORAGE_SERVICE

2.Termination of planning run after error in service STORAGE_SERVICE

3.Error when saving data in data manager VENDOR_GENERATED_ORDERS

4.Error changing a table entry (secondary index /1OM Display Help

Please help me out in what are the actions need to be taken to Publish the RO(Replenishment Order) .

Hi Arunesh,

Please check the split criteria based on which you are splitting the orders or there can exist the worng slit or incorrect entry.

These checks to be done after above notes being checked. Also check the number range settings for SP/PO intervals..they can also cause problem here.

It looks like ODM issue.

Check the ODM activation is done properly or not for TLB and RO as per SAP note 1178483 - SNC 7.0 Order Documents: Required Customizing

Can you please telll me where to check the activation of ODM and

how to activate if it is not activated.

Also we are using SAP SNC 5.1 version.

Hi Arunesh,

Checkout the SAP note 792657.

Follow the steps mention in the note to activate the ODM.
