An error occurred in the source system.

The error occurred in Service API .

Refer to the error message.

Procedure

How you remove the error depends on the error message.

Note

If the source system is a Client Workstation, then it is possible that the file that you wanted to load was being edited at the time of the data request. Make sure that the file is in the specified directory, that it is not being processed at the moment, and restart the request.

Hi

Make sure your last delta is loaded correctly or not.

Make sure init for this IP is correct or it got corrupted.

In the above two scenarios, we will get this error.

If your last delta is incorrect, follow the below steps:

open last failed request --> make the status red

Now repeat your today delta load.

If init got corrupted, follow below steps:

--> delete the corrupted init by going into display mode of IP ---> in menu bar --> first option --> intialization for source system --> select the request and delete

--> re-run the init

--> now run your delta.

Hi guys!!

I have a follow-up question for the re-initialization of the Source system following that error message. What happens to the data in the source system when you re-initialize it? is it lost or will it get picked up during the next Init?

Thanks!!
