SAP Easy DMS Error in Searching a Document.

Hello Guru,

A user can log in in SAP Easy DMS, but when doing the search on it he gots error pop-up message "The parameters is incorrect" how can we solve this he cannot search any document in his easy DMS.

Could you elaborate more on this? What is the input search parameter for which this message is displayed?

Secondly,could you confirm if the search works fine in R/3 DMS? If yes,could you reset the RFC cache from Preferences in easyDMS and re-test the scenario?
