Requirment

Hi,

I have New requirment below, if any one knows please help me how it is possible in sap?

"

The promotional SKUu2019s are made and sold to customers in specific u2018promotional periodsu2019 during the year.

Per promotional SKU there is an agreed quantity to be produced and sold, example 100 crates

After negociation with the customers the total quantity is divided and assigned to the different customers:

1)Assignment of quantity has to be possible on sold-to customer level.

2)Assignment of quantity has also to be possible on customer hierarchy level (on all different nodes)

Example:

Example of the assignment of 100 crates for material Abc: (= simplistic view, because there are always much more customers in reality)

o Sold-to customer AA: 20pieces

o Sold-to customer BB: 30 pieces

o Customer hierarchy level 4 node CC: 35 pieces (this means that all customers u2018underu2019 hierarchy lever 4 node CC together are allowed to buy 35 pieces)

o Customer hierarchy level 5 node DD: 15pieces

Starting with this u2018base assignmentu2019 of the quantities for the promotional SKU, we need a u2018counteru2019 that is maintained in SAP, and which pops up when we create a sales order for the concerned material and customer. (more or less like the pop-up that exists for a quantity contract) The pop-up is needed first to indicate that there is a limited quantity available for this material / customer + mention the total quantity, and secondly to indicate the remaining quantity for this material / customer.

Pandu

Hi,

You should use quantity contracts for this purpose. They offer both limitation of qty on customer level as well as can be called off with other sold-to number as the contract customer's number using AA partner function.
