Regarding stock confirmation

Hi Friends,

Is there a way that i can come to know whether the material line in sales order is confirmed against unrestricted-use stock or incoming PO.

If yes then from which table can i get these details.

NOTE: This requirement is for normal stock and NOT special stock.

Hi,

You can get this information analyzing sequence of records in MD04 or CO09 transactions. If the information is qhat you're looking for, then you can get the information from MRP requirement tables using FM MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API.

If the scenario is Make To Stock, then system will always consider whatever stock is available in Unrestricted while creating sale order.

Also, if any incoming stock is posted against a PO, then it should have been to a different storage location and not to Unrestricted.
