provision for copying manual pricing condition from one line item data to o

HI ...All,

My current business scenario is in sales order pricing ....

SO No : XXXXXXXX

Line item 10 -

material 1 -

---

2 (qty) ........ price (total) with some manual input value which is multiplied automatically for sum

Line item 20 .......Material 2 ......2 (qty) ......... price (total) with some manual input value which is multiplied automatically for sum

Line item 30 .......Material 3........2(qty) ......... price (total) with some manual input value which is multiplied automatically for sum

Now my new business scenario has been changed where decission has been taken for one line item and for 1 qty .

Line item 10 -

material 1 -

1(qty) ........ price (total) with some manual input value

Line item 20 -

material 1 -

1(qty) ........ price (total) with some manual input value

Line item 30 -

material 2 -

1(qty) ........ price (total) with some manual input value

Line item 40 -

1(qty) ........ price (total) with some manual input value

1(qty) ........ price (total) with some manual input value

1(qty) ........ price (total) with some manual input value

So in this case we need to provide manual input of each and every line item.

How to overcome this ... i mean for same type of matarial that manual input is same so if user put 1 time for that values it should get copied for same matearials also.. or user can have provision which are all line item he need to copy the manual price.

Pls suggest ..

hi

its very difficult to change the condition type and condition record ( vk12) for every time for n number of items so counsultant ABAP erfor that beacuse human errors are always possible for this case .

Hi,

You can maintain condition record in VK11 when ever you want to change the price go to VK12 and change, so that system will

take the price in sale order,no need to give manual price for smiler material per line item wise.

Its really tricky requirement, when you are going for manual condition type.

- the best alternative to cater your requirement is to go for maintenance of condition record, which you can upload at mass with the help of LSMW. Also, will be really helpful in having report for pricing. Finally, reduce time to create sales order. Thus, discuss & encourage your user to maintain pricing based condition record. Only header condition should be on manual bases.

- If hard to convince your client on condition record. Then develop a routine with the help of ABAPer in your team. Where you can put logic. If the condition is manual enter and system is able find already entered value for material, then copy the price the slots where system don't find manually entered condition value.
