how to add new url link for existing portal

Hi,

We have ISA portal to which URL is https://www.<host name>.eu/irj/portal and want to add or create one more URL link which should redirect to same ISA portal, which means for one portal client requires 2 URL's. Please guide me where to go and add or create new link.
