Problem on Consignment Process

Dear All,

The problem is related to Consignment process where even after completion of consignment fill-up & consignment issue in the document flow the status against both consignment fill-up & issue it will show as " Being Processed". Why is this showing instead of status message as " completed".

Please help.

Hello,

Firstly what are the quantities in the Fill-Up & Issue Order? I men has the total quantity being referred in the subsequent document? If no, then 'Being Processed" status is perfectly fine.

But if you have consumed all the quantities in Fill-up & issue Orders & still the status is Being Processed, then you need to check your item Category Settings.

Go to T-Code VOV7 & check your Item Category in Fill-Up & Issue Order. Here in Completion Rule maintain B - Item is completed after full quantity has been referenced

First of all thanks for your help.

In reply to your query in the last mail this is to inform that we have already consumed the entire quantity in both the Fill-up & Issue Orders. But still now it is showing " Being Processed" in the Issue order only. The status is " Completed" in case of Fill-up order.The completion rule in the item category settings for both the orders was maintained as "B".

Please suggest what more need to be configured to attain my requirement.

Check Billing Relevance for the item category(VOV7) determined for Consignement fill-up & issue.
