Hi,

If I were to input employee responsible in partner function field in my SD document, I need to input the personnel number.

May I know where is the personnel number is maintain?

create a sales personnel in master data through vpe1 and maintain it through vpe2.then maintain it in partner functions

Hello,

If you wnat to insert Employee Responsible as partner Function in Sales Documents, there are two options.

If HR Module is implemented at your client site, then Employee Number would already be created in SAP in HR Management.

In thie case you need to just add the Enployee Responsible Partner Function in Customer Master / Sales / Delivery / Invoice Parter Determination & enter the Employee Number in Customer Master or Sales Documents

But, if HR Module is not inplemented at your end, you will have to create Sales Person thru T-Code VPE1 & then use the same as suggested above.

Dear Jan_sc,

you can use partner functions for it. You can define your own partner function lets say: PR and assign it to your customer master data.

Its maintained at SAP HR.

Use TCode PA30 for that.
