Alpha-numeric Invoice number

Hi,

I am tring to derive an alpha-numeric invoice number and assign it to invoices, i understand that the standard allows only numeric identification, the badi rera_invoice also allows external numbers with numerics only.

Any way out suggestions?

Hi Veena,

I think you can't use alpha numeric for invoice number.

Data type for data element RERAIVINVNO is number, it will not allow.
