MOB07002 error on iPad

Former Member

Hi,

I have got a bunch of WebI reports created on SAP BW 7.3 (OLAP Connection as well as UNV connection). They are running fine on BI Launchpad as well as WebI Rich Client.

However, in mobile device, they give the error "Internal Server Error occurred while processing your request. Contact your administrator. MOB 07002."

I am downloading the reports for first time and still getting error. So the standard solution to delete file from local server and try again is not working as there is no file to delete.

If in same report I replace BW Universe with non-OLAP universe, it works great.

Any idea how to fix this? BO server is BO 4.0, SP2

Regards,

Nikhil

Hi,

In my reports, when I found this kind of issue, always it was regarding colors of the graphs. If you change them (from the default colors graphs) the reports give this issue.

and I solved it selecting a color palette or creating one for the graph. But, if you change the colors adhoc, selecting the painter, appear the error.

Hallo Nikhil

It’s a while here, but
did you find a solution to this problem?

We are in the same situation right now:

Mobile User (iPad) gets a session on BI Plattform - then “MOB07002”  appears  on the iPad.

Any suggestions?

Kind Regards

Ann

Hello Nikhil,

this error code means that the XML is not well formed thus the client is not able to parse it.

In the first instance it is important to accurately follow the instructions in the [SAP BusinessObjects Mobile Installation and Deployment Guide|http://service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700001256052010E/xi4_mobile_inst_deploy_en.pdf]

If after reviewing the installation and configuration steps the problem persists, it would be better to open a support message because this would need intensive investigation that would be faster and more effective in such way rather than in this forum.

Thanks!

Best regards,

Simone
