Time zone doesnot update.

hi

one of my user facing problem that states that the time zone is still not changing when you override the ship to address within an order you have to manually change it.

When customer care types over a ship to address, the time zone does not update.

I looked at configuration for time zone and did not see where this can be changed to allow it to update when the ship to address is manually entered

help me guys how resolve the issue.

hi ,

you can check settings for time zones , goto img-general settings-timezones-maintain system settings-here you select user default , you can change time zone , this process t code--stzac,

you can check table TTZCU, IN THIS activate changes allowed,

and also check same path setings, t-code stzbc,

goto stzgc, here you select the country and time and activate ,and also click on time zones for reason , and select active , ofter check your customer master general data tab for time zone field , its updating for automatically'

yes i checked the settings of all related to time zone but it was not overwriting the timezone when change in ship to party data..
