BRF- Approve Reject buttons missing in SAP Inbox and Portal UWL work item

Hi Forum,

We are on SRM7.0 and using PC workflow for RFX.

Following are the values maintained for process schema in SPRO

Level Type = A
Evaluation ID = 'ZEVAL_ID'
Resp. Resolver Name = 'ZRESP_RFQ'
Resp. Resolver Parameter = BLANK
Task ID = 40007982   (SRM RFx Approva)
Decision Type = 1

Approvers are determined correctly but when we check SAP inbox or Portal UWL for the approver approve and rejects buttons are missing at both places.

How to get the approve reject buttons for this work item?

Hi,

Have you given the purchasing roles, manager role for the abap user? portal user needs only the manager role

Hi,

This is happening for me too.. but we have different view assinged in as work overview.. one of work overview in the portal does shows the button.. My basis team is looking into this issue.. i'll share if i come any feedback from my basis team..

This seems to be standard in UWL. Indeed, i checked in its configuration file 'com.sap.pct.srm.core', and for task TS40007982, below action references do not exist:

<Action reference="com.sap.pct.srm.core.action.approve"/>
<Action reference="com.sap.pct.srm.core.action.reject"/>
