Easy DMS Log on error

Hello,

One of our user is having an error message every time he tried to log-on to Easy DMS. The error is "Function BAPI_GETMULTIDETAIL does not exist!". he cannot use Easy DMS on this error in log on.

Other user can access DMS. Can you please help me solve this issue?

Hi,

The error is "Function BAPI_GETMULTIDETAIL does not exist!". he cannot use Easy DMS on this error in log on.
Other user can access DMS. 

In case other users are able to access Function BAPI_GETMULTIDETAIL, it could be authorization issue for the other user who is not able to access the same. Can you recheck the scenario wihout using Easy DMS. You can check authorization results in su53 tcode.
