More field option

Hi guys,

If we right click on portal page , we will get more help field option, I know we can disable it by WDHIDEMOREFIELDHELPASDEFAULT parameter.

But I haven't used that parameter anywhere in my component. But In production portal more field option is not visible but in development portal I can see that option.

any ideas guys?

Hi,

It's a bit far-fetched, but you could compare the results from WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_USER and WD_GLOBAL_SETTING on DEV and PROD. Aside from that, check whether component and application configurations (if there are any) are identically assigned on both systems

EDIT (Only relevant if you use a portal): Got another idea. In case you use the WebDynpro in an Enterprise Portal, i.e. in an WebDynpro-iView-Template you should check the iView-property "Forward parameter to WebDynpro application" in Category "WebDynpro". There might be additional parameter settings you can't see in SE80.

I am able to hide user current setting option but not more filed option.
