Project Upload - Cut over activity

Hi All,

As a part of cutover activity, I have to upload the open project in the system. The following objects needs to be uploaded,

1. Project definition

2. WBS Element

3. Network

4. Internal Activity (work center & Material assignment)

5. Service activity (Service master & Material assignment)

6. General cost activity

1.I am planning to use the function module "BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN". However my ababer is elling that, she cannot create service activity using this function module. The reason is that, when we enter service activity, it will go to another screen where we will enter the services.

If yes, what is the solution? How to create the service activity using this function module?

2. I have done some cutomer enhancement filelds for WBS & Activity. To upload that data also, will this FM support?

Hi,

You can use BAPI_BUS2002_ACT_CREATE_MULTI for creating activities.

For customer fields you cannot use BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN.
