Shipment Cost to Billing - PR00 inactive

Hi all,

I am transferring shipment costs to my billing document in VF01, however when I look into the conditions on the invoice, PR00 becomes inactive. The shipment costs though are appearing correctly.

I have set the following:

-TSPP flag

-Pricing Condition set in the sales pricing procedure

-Condition set as manual in the sales pricing procedure

-Pricing condition set in the transportation pricing procedure

-The item price source for the copy control from delivery to billing is set to 'F'

Hi,

what is the condition class for Shipment cost condition type? Make sure that it is not 'B', prices since one document line item can have only one pricing condition.

Hi Pistols,

I think problem must be because of condition class. PR00 is having a condition class of B. If any new condition gets evaluated in the shipment document manually or automatically, previous condition of the same condition class of the tye B becomes inactive.

My opinion would be to use pricing type G: Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes in your copying control(VTFL), instead of F: Only used within the program. This might assist you to copy & reflect manually entried PR00 condition at Sales Order in Billing Doc Type.

As pricing type - F will only be helpful. if you are having group condition.
