Error in File adatper

Hi,

In one of the PI system, while creating sender FTP adpater , i got the folloiwing pop up

Unable to check whether communication channel is compatible with selected Adapter Engine since version information for Adapter Engine is missing in the SLD

I reserach in sdn and also did full cache refreshed. I have 2 file adpaters in this PI system & both are giving this issue.

Please advice how to reo

Hi All,

In addition to above issue now i realized that i cannot see any CC in RWB.

The list is empty & it used to have values in it.

Can you please advice. I am on PI 7..1.6

I think your adapter engine is not installed properly or not complete installation is done. Please talk to basis and get help.

Follow the steps below to check whether u201Ecom.sap.xi.itsam.mdt‟ is started

Steps

1. Navigate to the Operations tab in NWA and then navigate to the sub tab Systems under the Operations tab.

2. Choose Start&Stop and navigate to the Java Applications tab.

3. Select the application u201Ecom.sap.xi.itsam.mdt‟ from the table and start it.

Hello,

Have you tried performing a CPA Cache refresh?

Also please check if the Adapter Engine and the other PI components are registered correctly in the SLD using notes:
