Downtime Management Doubts - SP 27

Hi,

I have configured downtime management in our 7 EHP1 SP 27 system. I have following queries:

1) I am aware that if a new SMSY component has been added, a red question mark indicator will be seen in the Actual Status column against the component name.This indicates that the LP for the new component is not created. So I ran report RDSWP_CREATE_LP_FOR_SAPCTRL to create the ports. But even after running the report my systems are having red question mark status.

Any suggestions????

2) To avoid the actual status "some Instances or Processes of System not Running" in the notes it is mentioned as below

**********Move the profile parameters to the Default profile or set it to the same values in both the Instance and Start profiles.

If you are unable to fix this problem on your own, kindly raise a CSN message on the component BC-CST-STS ***********

What parameters are they referring here???
