"TOO_MANY_PROFILES_IN_USER"

All,

Has anyone out there ever seen the error message "TOO_MANY_PROFILES_IN_USER" within a CUP request audit trail? Our requests are routing to the escape path due to this reason and to be honest Iu2019ve never seen it before. Also, I checked the user and it doesnu2019t appear that they've hit the 312 profile limit.

Any help would be appreciated.

maybe the final comment in this note could be helpful: 1527047 - Error in CUP provisioning: TOO_MANY_PROFILES_IN_USER

"...It might be the case that the User in the CUP request does not have the profile limit issue, but the other users to whom the role has been assigned. So you must go and check in the R3 system if there are other users because of which this error is shown in CUP (by doing 'User Master Comparison' for all the roles added in CUP request)."
