Dear Experts,

Sometimes PI Java stack getting slow or down in Production environment, same time getting " UNAUTHORIZED " 401 in sxmb_moni. But Continuos monitoring is not at all possible, so we want to get mail / sms whenever any problem is there with Java stack. BASIS team couldn't find why Java stack behaving like this, so alternate is required for us. Kindly suggest.

Hi,

Along with alerts there is an open source application "Nagios" which can be used to track status in RZ20 and send the mail to configured mail id's in case of error.

Configure alerts it covers java stack issues but it will not cover java stack slow down issue.

At present i would like to go for Alert configuration as Raja sekhar suggested. I reffered number of blogs contains how to get alert mail (through Alrtcatdef and scot ) but i need how to get Alert as SMS. where can i specify the mobile numbers and how to do it. Please do the needful.
