CTS + configaration in PI 7.3

Hi,

I have configured CTS+ in PI 7.3 system and tried importing some Non ABAP transports from PI 7.1.The transport import is skipping the deployment step and the logs show the below information.tp parameters .DEPLOY_DATA_SHARE,DEPLOY_WEB_SERVICE,DEPLOY_XI_URL were set correctly.

1) CTS Deploy Service - Version 0.93 - 06.03.2007

SDM Deploy URL:

SLD Deploy URL:

XI Deploy URL:

Double-stack system DGX

Deploy for XIR

Deploy file b5368c09307e11e1b8120000004bc383

Web service destination is not configured, deployment skipped

Highest return code is 4

Deployment

End date and time : 20120104200530

Ended with return code: ===> 4 <===

2)TMS -Check transport tool shows an error with

Deploy Web Service --->

File Transfer Error code: 8

and all other results are ok.

tp Interface -ok

Transport Profile -ok

RFC Destination-ok

tp Call -ok

Deploy Web Service -File Transfer Error code: 8

Deploy Tool-ok

If anyone knows a fix for this error,please let me know.Thanks!
